You will be asked to please give a brief but detailed description of your merchandise, including specific brand lines of your items and PERCENTAGES OF EACH. Without specific details, you could be placed next to a merchant who has the same or similar merchandise, causing unwanted competition.

Please keep in mind that your booth PRESENTATION at the show is extremely important. It is strongly encouraged that merchants decorate their booth(s) in a festive and fun manner. Keeping in mind that no merchandise shall exceed the perimeter of your booth space.
Please note that our primary means of communication with you is email. In order to keep our emails from going to spam, please change your filters to allow emails to come through from Eastport Entertainment Group.
Merchants may share a booth space if approved through written permission and acknowledgement from the show manager. The booth must appear and be presented as one united vendor. A single vendor vendor may not apply and then ask other vendors to participate.
A Deposit is due with your contract. No booth space will be reserved without full deposit.
By Agreeing to this contract, I also agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this contract. As a primary contact person, I agree to be responsible for all payments and fees and to inform all other exhibitors and helpers in my booth of all terms and conditions. I have read and understand the Booth Cancellation / Refund Policy outlined in the Terms and Conditions
